FleetPredict is a predictive maintenance platform for commercial vehicle fleets. You may use the service for your legitimate business operations in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, ensuring you have authorization to connect the telematics accounts you integrate with FleetPredict, and using the service in compliance with applicable laws.

Predictions and Accuracy

FleetPredict's AI predictions are probabilistic and are intended to assist — not replace — qualified maintenance professionals. We make no guarantee that every alert will correspond to an actual vehicle failure, and predictions should be validated by your maintenance team.

Limitation of Liability

FleetPredict's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
